He transitioned to sports marketing at Salomon before joining TRU Company as a product and marketing manager from 2007 to 2010. Moreover, Mr. Barnes excelled as an account executive at Smarsh Inc. between 2010 and 2011. His extensive experience in various roles within the action sports, ski, bike and outdoor industry has equipped him with the expertise needed to excel in helmet manufacturing.

Mr. Barnes holds a Bachelor of Science in sociology with a minor in business from the University of Oregon since 1998. His academic background has given him a strong foundation in understanding social dynamics and business principles, which have been instrumental in his professional success.

Active civically, Mr. Barnes is a member of the executive leadership team at the American Heart Association. Through his partnership with the organization, he supports initiatives that address heart disease and provides CPR training kits for organizations and safety directors.
