The STUDSON Replacement Slotted Cap Bracket (Part #: 9042022 WCB-CSS) is a lightweight, weight-compensating mounting system built for use with STUDSON and Paulson Toric Face Shields. Its ergonomic design helps minimize neck fatigue by distributing the shield’s weight evenly, especially when in the upright, stowed position.
Built from high-strength nylon, this bracket provides reliable impact resistance and durability for industrial applications. The LeverLock® attachment system makes it easy to install or replace shields without tools, while the press-to-release adapters enable fast removal from slotted cap-style hardhats.
Compatible with STUDSON SHK-1 Full Brim models using the proper shield assembly, this bracket ensures a secure, comfortable, and efficient fit on the job.
