YOUR MISSION

• Provide a best-in-class customer experience by accurately processing, shipping, receiving, and fulfilling all orders (D2C, B2B & Wholesale) within 1-2 days.
• Ensure accurate processing of orders to customers (data entry).
• Drive truck with trailer to/from printing facility; loading and unloading.
• Perform inbound quality inspection from the factory.
• Engage in problem-solving to support process improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Keep the warehouse safe and always functioning.
• Manage pad printing, delivery, pickup, and fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate processing of orders through NetSuite and appropriate shipping carrier
• Unload containers and perform quality inspection from the factory
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  

WHAT MATTERS MOST

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and data.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 30 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
