Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator
YOUR MISSION
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Oversee the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring on-time and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage relationships with carriers, and freight forwarders.
- Optimize shipping routes and modes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with international and domestic shipping regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement supply chain technologies and tools to streamline operations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain, including disruptions, delays, and cost fluctuations.
- Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
- Stay informed on market trends, economic changes, and geopolitical issues that may impact supply chain operations.
- Prepare and present supply chain performance reports to senior management.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions regarding procurement, inventory, and logistics.
WHAT MATTERS MOST
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with constant change.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently to achieve goals.
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Hands-on experience in international logistics, including customs clearance and import/export operations.
