Senior Administrative Assistant

YOUR MISSION
  • You'll keep the executive’s calendars in flawless order—juggling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with ease. Your goal? Making sure their day runs like clockwork.
  • You’ll act as the critical link between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, quick responses, and excellent follow-through.
  • Prepare killer reports, presentations, and communications that will help drive the company forward.
  • You’ll own the prep, planning, and post-action for all internal and external meetings—whether it’s a crucial board meeting or an exciting brainstorming session. Plus, you'll be ready to take detailed notes and manage post-meeting deliverables like a pro.
  • Creating seamless travel experiences for executives and sales team will be your forte, from booking flights and hotels to building detailed, bulletproof itineraries.
  • Whether it’s planning a high-stakes conference or a team-building offsite, you’ll make sure every event is a hit.
  • You’ll handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and trust.
  • Keep the wheels turning smoothly by overseeing office-related matters and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficiency at every turn.
WHAT MATTERS MOST
  • You shine when you're taking on messy problems and turning them into organized solutions.
  • You can spot inefficiencies a mile away and love making things run smoother.
  • Whether verbal or written, your communication skills are top tier. You know how to get the message across clearly and effectively.
  • The little things never slip by you. Accuracy and attention to detail are your middle names.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, but what really matters is your ability to get things done.
  • Three-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency with office software, including MS Office Suite and ideally NetSuite (that would be a huge plus!), among others.
  • You’ll be handling confidential information—trust and discretion are a must.
