Executive Assistant

WHO WE ARE

After recognizing that the hard hat has seen little innovation since its invention in 1919, STUDSON was founded to revolutionize head protection for the industrial athlete. Join us as we reshape the future of safety in the industrial trades with a helmet that offers next-level protection. At STUDSON, safety meets cutting-edge innovation in our mission to help prevent life-threatening injuries, because everyone deserves to get home safely.

Be a key player in our fast-growing startup, where every day is filled with purpose and collaboration! We offer a vibrant, hardworking environment with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the flexibility that comes with a small, dynamic team.

YOUR MISSION

  • You'll keep the executive’s calendars in flawless order—juggling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with ease. Your goal? Making sure their day runs like clockwork.
  • You’ll act as the critical link between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, quick responses, and excellent follow-through.
  • Prepare killer reports, presentations, and communications that will help drive the company forward.
  • You’ll own the prep, planning, and post-action for all internal and external meetings—whether it’s a crucial board meeting or an exciting brainstorming session. Plus, you'll be ready to take detailed notes and manage post-meeting deliverables like a pro.
  • Creating seamless travel experiences for executives will be your forte, from booking flights and hotels to building detailed, bulletproof itineraries.
  • Whether it’s planning a high-stakes conference or a team-building offsite, you’ll make sure every event is a hit.
  • You’ll handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and trust.
  • Keep the wheels turning smoothly by overseeing office-related matters and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficiency at every turn.

WHAT MATTERS MOST

  • You shine when you're taking on messy problems and turning them into organized solutions. You can spot inefficiencies a mile away and love making things run smoother.
  • Whether verbal or written, your communication skills are top-tier. You know how to get the message across clearly and effectively.
  • The little things never slip by you. Accuracy and attention to detail are your middle names.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, but what really matters is your ability to get things done.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency with office software, including MS Office Suite and ideally NetSuite (that would be a huge plus!), among others.
  • You’ll be handling confidential information—trust and discretion are a must.

This is a FULL-TIME, ONSITE position, Monday thru Friday, 8-5 position that offers a competitive salary, health benefits, PTO, and small business flexibility! This role will be moving to Sherwood, Oregon in early January.
