Field Marketing Representative
YOUR MISSION:
We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Field Marketing Representative to lead the execution of 35+ trade shows, activations, and promotional events each year across a diverse geographic territory. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our in-person brand presence — coordinating end-to-end logistics, managing vendor and partner relationships, and ensuring each event delivers measurable impact.
You’ll create and execute experiences that bring our brand to life, from roadshows and pop-ups to high-profile industry events. This includes everything from pre-show planning and booth design to live engagement, lead capture, and post-event reporting.
This role requires frequent travel, a high degree of autonomy, and strong collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations. The ideal candidate is an energetic problem-solver who thrives on creating seamless events and memorable face-to-face customer interactions that generate demand and deepen brand loyalty.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Campaign Execution:
- Plan, develop, and execute localized field marketing campaigns, including trade shows, promotions, product demos, and Industry events.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand messaging and business goals.
Event Management:
- Plan, organize and manage logistics for trade shows, roadshows, pop-up activations, and local events.
- Represent the company at events and ensure a professional, compelling brand presence.
Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and capture potential customer leads during field activities.
- Qualify and transfer leads to the sales team for follow-up and conversion.
Relationship Building:
- Foster relationships with customers, local partners, vendors, and Industrial influencers.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Market Research:
- Gather insights from field interactions to better understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Monitor competitor activity and report relevant findings to the marketing team.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure field marketing activities support overall sales objectives.
- Share customer feedback to help refine messaging and product positioning.
Performance Analysis:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign and event.
- Report on outcomes and recommend optimizations for future field initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, direct sales, or a related area.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated event planning and execution experience.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and lead generation strategies.
- Familiarity with core marketing principles, tools, and tactics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics, evaluate results, and act on insights.
- Comfortable with travel and working flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as needed.
This is a FULL-TIME role that comes with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
