Traditional Type II helmets rely on thick EPS foam liners that trap heat and add bulk. The SHK-1 Full Brim Dual Cert uses a Koroyd-dominant core architecture, replacing a significant portion of traditional foam with open-cell Koroyd to optimize the protective mix.
